Jean-Pierre, the chef at Villa Mirambat, provides modern, creative cuisine for food-lovers..
The accent is on local products of the highest quality: foie gras, duck, black pig and more – the indispensable elements of the gastronomy of the Gers. Jean Pierre selects his vegetables at organic markets in the region and the fruit comes mostly from the orchard. The wine he serves during the meal is largely sourced at organic or “reasoned” producers.
The table d'hôtes is offered by reservation and subject to availability. Minimum number of guests 4.
A gourmet platter formula can be served on other days.
